Automatic Diamond Polishing Machines
The industries most sofisticated automatic polishing machine, easy to learn and
operate. The automatic diamond polishing machines (for top and for bottom) are suitable for all types of stones including sawing goods, makeables, australian and naaded goods, and covers a full range of round brilliants from 0,04 up to 20,0 ct.
One operator can control as much as 16 machines. The machine can do non stop
polishing a full cut bottom side. It has automatic grain seeking facilities and preset
two point and three point programs. Also a automatic weight control prevends
burning of stones and prolongs scaife life. It has a build in electronic levelling
device to insure a closed cullet.
The polishing table is provided with a „COBORN“ 1 or 2 HP motor with a fixed
height. It can house 4 automatic polishing machines machines. It comes with 4
shock absorbers and a dust collector. All holes for polishing machines are pre-
fixed.
The standard set of a complete automatic polishing bench (a polishing unit) includes
the following items: 4 automatic polishing machines, 1 power supply, 1 polishing
table, 1 motor (“COBORN” or similar).
For top polishing – there is a special apparatus. This apparatus enables you to polish 8 top facets where the top facets are automatically align with the bottom facets, the productivity is higher, the diamonds are secured and you have full control on girdle and table size. Since the recommended ratio between top to bottom polishing machines is 1 to 2. Recommended complete automatic polishing department will be based on 4 top machines (t.m. 1 unit = 4 top machines) and 8 bottom machines (t.m. 1 units = 2 x 4 bottom machines).
