Diamond Sawing Benches (10 Heads)

This ready made sawing bench has a tubular steel frame in a solid and vibration free construction. The working blade is made out of concrete and is finished with a formica layer. The sawing bench has 10 individual motor sets with a left right switch, pulley, regulating rod and belt.

These motorsets are fixed on a mounting rail which can be adjusted in height. The sawing bench is placed on 4 shock absorbers. For the workers convenience, there is a footbar. Light installation to be attached on a sawing bench. It gives a perfect overhead light on the machines. The set has an extra tool shelve and a spindle rack of 10 spindles.

The standard specification of a complete diamond sawing machine included:

• Tubular steel frame in solid and vibration free construction (can be filled up with
  concrete).
• Heavy concrete working table finished with formica layer (2.420 x 520 x 1.250 mm).
• All holes for belt-passage and fixation of machines are ready made.
• Motor suspension set, included:
• Motor and baseplate in galvanised steel. Thermical motor protection switch.
• Motor 220V-380V / 50 Hz / 1/6 HP / 3.000 rpm. Flat pulley 103 mm.
• Reversible switch zero-left-right. Regulating rod for motor adjustments.
• Mounting bolts. All electrical wirings.
• Mounting rail for motor sets, which can be height adjusted. Electrical wirings.
• 4 adjustable shock-absorbers. Foot bar. Painting in powder coating.
• 10 Standard flat type diamond sawing machines.
• Light installation for bench of 10 diamond sawing machines.
