Diamond bruting machines for fantasy forms are precision round-grinding machine with numerical control. Diamond bruting machines are intended for fine bruting of diamond workpiece girdle after rough bruting and blocking. By means of diamond wheel the bruting machine provides perfect girdle with high quality surface.

The diamond bruting machine is completed with:

• diamond workpiece rotation mechanism with controlled-rotation speed from 750 rpm
  to 3000 rpm;
• diamond wheel rotation mechanism;
• diamond wheel oscillation mechanism;
• processor control unit and diamond wheel feed mechanism to the diamond
  workpiece with the preset speed range and the completing of the preset movement
  range and processing cycle;
• water tank in which the part of diamond wheel is immersed to dissolve organic bond
  and to renovate diamond grains.

The diamond bruting machine allows to brute round diamond workpieces as well as fancy-shaped diamond workpieces - marquise, oval, pear, etc.
