Balancing Machines for scaifes - Operating System of the Balancing Machines (for flat type scaifes).

Operating System of the Balancing Machines (for flat type scaifes).

Balancing Machines - Special features:

  • Active TFT colour touch-screen providing a clearly arranged and easy-to-read display. 12 function keys for direct access to all important operating functions.
  • CD-ROM and floppy drive + mouse and keyboard.
  • Networking capability and modem connection for distance servicing.
  • Numerous software modules available for special balancing tasks.
  • Operation using “Windows” standard procedures.

Other common operating functions under “Windows” available through touch-screen and additional keyboard with mouse pad and drawer. Presentation of unbalance and unbalance correction.

  • Display in large, easy-to-read digits and in vector form, with amount and angular position.
  • The following types of unbalance display are available: dynamic unbalance, static unbalance, static and couple unbalance, static and dynamic unbalance, static compensation: always.
  • Optimum: only static compensation in static / couple, only dynamic compensation,
if the dynamic part is out of tolerance, only static, if the dynamic part is inside the
    tolerance.
  • The following methods are available for presentation of the type of unbalance correction: polar, components (equal or unequal), max. 99 evenly or unevenly distributed locations, sector correction (forbidden areas).

Balancing Machines - Setting the measuring instrumentation:

  • During instrument set-up, a clearly understandable presentation of the rotor mounting arrangement assists and guides the user through the procedure of entering the correct geometrical data for the scaife.
  • Rotor files can be used for storage and fast retrieval of set-up parameters for frequently recurring scaife types. Recording on the PC enables the number of rotor files to be increased virtually without restriction.

Balancing Machines - Basic functions:

  • Input of all important geometric data.
  • Change-over between addition or removal of material in the correction plane.
  • Presentation of unbalance (dynamic, static, static/couple or dynamic/static).
  • Selection of type of correction display (polar, components, areas).
  • Input or measurement of balancing speed.
  • Input of the desired tolerance per correction or control plane, or calculation according to ISO 1940.
  • Index balancing, single compensation, compensation of parallel key.
  • Input of alphanumerical identification for each scaife.
  • Re-calling previous unbalance.
  • Deviation of first unbalance correction location from zero angle.
  • Unbalance calculation according none linear tables.
  • Print screen function.
