Analysing and Optimising Systems - 50.01 Analysing and Optimising System 1

Analysing and Optimising System

The Diamond Analysing and Optimising System is a single camera module used predominantly in polishing factories, after pre-bruting, mainly for parameter distribution and cut class analysis. The equipment can also be used to measure a single facet angle while processing.

For final cut analysing, the finished diamond has to be placed on the machine platform. The camera will take the photographs of the diamond while it is being rotated. These data will be digitised in computer using digitiser video cards. The software will analyse the digital data to indicate various cut parameter of the diamond.

The Diamond Analysing and Optimising System will generate the following data:

  • Finished weight of the diamond.
  • Finished diamond value based on international price list.
  • Various cut parameter like:
  • Diameter and diameter deviation.
  • Pavilion angle and its variation.
  • Crown angle and its variation.
  • Table size and its variation.
  • Girdle thickness and its variation.
  • Total height of the diamond with crown and pavilion depths.

Diamond Analysing and Optimising System - technical data:

  • Dimension: 150 x 550 x 120 mm (excluding computer system).
  • Computer system: Standard PC Platform. (Printer not included).
  • Diamond holding: Vacuum pump assisted.
  • Supply: 220 V / 50 Hz / 1 phase. Load: 400 VA. Weight: 15 kg.

Optional.
With the help of girdle marker you can mark the girdle lines on bruted stone, to assist the polishers in polishing the stone, to planned parameters.
