Nowadays, the requirements and needs of customers are changing. They want every diamond to be specifically cut and polished as per as the parameters defined by them or as per the internationally accepted parameter (by laboratories). To cater to this need, we have to supply them the finished stone inspected and checked on machines. Quality is the nucleus around which whole market is rotating. This machine is built to aim at this buzzword.

The Diamond Analysing and Optimising System 2. is suitable for any kind of rough diamond, semi bruted or final bruted stones. The Planner includes software for various shape like as Round, Marquise, Pear, Oval, Heart, Princess, Baguette.

  computer software.
• Immediate and accurate judgment of finished size and weight before actual cutting.
• Quick parameter setting and proportion of finished stones, also immediate report
  printing on packet for controlling the further cutting process.
• Up gradation of the whole lot by uniform parameter control.
• Make class - user definable.
• Optimisation of cut and carat.
• Checking of various parameters individually or in combination of Bottom angle,
  Top angle, Top height, Total height, Table size, Girdle thickness, Culet off, Culet
  open, etc..
• User can recalibrate the machine without any complication.
• Easy to learn with very little training necessary. Lifetime software free.
• Data transfer to separate laser machine in anyone forma ( dxf, etc.).
• Measuring range in Carats (in 10 scales): from 0,1 ÷ 1,0 / 0,50 ÷ 5,0 / 1,0 ÷ 10,0 /
  2,0 ÷ 20,0 / ….. up to 50,0 ct.
  Standard Accessories: platform for rough diamond, platform for polished diamond, magnet, 5-mm calibration gauge, power supply box, vacuum pump.
