Standard Specifications of Diamond Polishing Benches:

• Steel frame in powder coated paint (life lasting) 1.100 x 660 x 1.350 mm
  (other measurements – as required). Worktable with Formica-layer.
• 3-phase motor (1 HP (0,75 KW), 220/380 V, 50 Hz, 1.500 rpm).
• Motor suspension adjustable. 2 x 18 Watt lamp with switch and adjustable fixture.
• One top bearing (adjustable out of centre). One bottom bearing (height adjustable).
• Flat quality belt length 110 cm. Package of patches for spindle point protection.
• Thermical motor protecting switch. All ready-made electrical wiring.
• Four levelling bolts. Fasteners for floor fixation.
• All bolts and screws for assembly of the frame and electrical instruments.
  Optional features:
• Dust suction equipment for polishing mill. Double light fixture + second lamp.
• DAZOR lamp with clamp and 2 or 3 tubes. Cabinet with 3 small tool drawers.
• Special tang rack mounted at the side of bench. Chair for polisher.
• Single phase 220V-motor instead of 3-phase motor.
• Double wall socket for 220 V single phase power supply.
• Motor and belt protection cover. Set of 4 shock absorbers. Armrest for hand.
• 25 mm thick steel working table (weight 125 kg) finished with Formica-layer and
  aluminium frame, instead wooden working table.
• Smoothing system with 3 warning lamps.
• Skive (scaife) plate storage cassette. Polishing Skives and skive extractor.
