USS-40 Scoring Machine

The USS-40 is our newest innovation. It was mainly developed to score materials to a very precise depth, thereby controlling the material left, and not the material cut.
This has become very important in the automotive industry for scoring dashboards. The "leftover" material must be exact, since it determines the force and direction in which the airbag deploys.

The machine is capable of mapping the surface of the required buck, tool or fixture directly on the machine. The built-in AGFM controller, known as the CNC6000 will create the mapping path and cutting path on its own, without the requirement of 3D programming systems.

Once a program is created, the buck can be removed and put back at any time, without re-mapping. When creating the part program, the CNC6000 will also create a probing routine automatically which allows online rotation of the cutting path.

Built in temperature monitoring of the environment will warn the operator about too much of a temperature change per time unit and will allow the operator to automatically recalibrate the machine.

Automatic program generation also provides full poke-yoke compatibility. The tool length is constantly monitored and any deviation will cause the machine to automatically perform a destroy cut on the dashboard, so that safety is not jeopardized due to an imperfection in the score.

To provide maximum throughput, the system can be configured with two stations, therefore allowing for loading and/or unloading while the machine is cutting.

For maximum versatility, the machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer and has the capability of also using a reciprocating tool, which provides a better cut quality for foam scoring.

Extensive tests from our customers have shown, that this method of slicing is far superior to older technologies such as lasers and water jets.

Perfectly suited for all blocking on the top. Equipped with a spezial telescopic
clawholder, this little workhorse is able to handle both small and big stones.
The claw can be positioned as you wish and the pressure on the clawholder can
be adjusted at any time, depending on the size of the diamond.

83.01.02 Full cut princess tang.
This diamond polishing tang allows you to polish the bottom of the princess or
carre cut in one single tooling, without any further manual work. These tangs are
equipped with a 48x click system and are used together with a special presspot
with a square opening. This presspot is adjustable in height.

Developed along practical lines using the latest research in air treatment, the Compact Air and Mist Separator series “MAD” can be used for almost all mists. And although its small dimensions mean that it takes up very little space, “MAD” is big on economy, reliability, operating safety, ease of handling and serviceability (has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified, carry the CE emblem). And on providing a quality of the life and safety on the job.

Because of their small dimensions, “MAD” are frequently used right where mists occur and air filtration. Thanks to the different module sizes and the infinitely adjustable fan, they can always be optimally adjusted to the operating volumetric flow and the structural circumstances.

“ MAD” is especially useful for the separation of mists arise during diamond polishing, sawing, bruting, laser processing, etc., well as inflammable mists and fluids.
(In these areas it is frequently not possible to use electrostatic precipitators for safety reasons.)

Used in the “MAD”, the proven large-area filter (2 reusable metallic pre-filters and 1 special fine separator unit) guarantees the optimum basis for the greatest possible efficiency. In this separator units was developed a completely new special micro mixed fibre fleece with oleophobic and hydrophobic qualities to create a reusable filter element.

To achieve long residence times and effective pre-separation, reusable and washable 2 (two) metallic filters ere integrated into the casing as pre-filters. These effective pre-filters already separate a large part of the fine diamond powder mist from the air stream.

High Productivity Diode Pumped Laser Machine

The HP Diode Pumped Laser Machine has been developed especially for diamond sawing, shaping and bruting. The laser have a long resonator in order to have a pulse with enough power to cut in the stone without having the risk of damaging the stones.

The diode pumped lasers benefits from the latest electronic developments. It allows the pulse shaping and power modulation during the whole process in order to minimise risks and adapt the power during the sawing. As a help to positioning the stones correctly we may offer a separate mounting station.

Processing the stones with a bigger depth will result in the laser beam deflection to the left or right side of the stone.

A selection of standard forms is available:
Rounds (circular), Marquise, Pears, Hearts, Ovals, Triangle, Square, Rhomboid (Shield), Custom shape.

For each shape it is possible to project and adjust the form on the diamond.
Standard Rhomboid (Shield) shape adjusted to an entirely different form.
For the sawing of each shape it is possible to specify the V-cut and the sawing parameters.

High Productivity lamp Pumped Laser Machine

The HP Lamp Pumped Laser Machine has been developed especially for diamond sawing, shaping and bruting. The laser have a long resonator in order to have a pulse with enough power to cut in the stone without having the risk of damaging the stones. Laser Marking Modul (for Diamonds)

The use of simple XYZ control mechanism and accurate alignment of the laser systems allows laser marking even without any 3D model construction. For example for girdle marking or table marking where the table titling is not required. Just double click on the location and “GO”.

Of course for tilted and complicated markings, 3D model construction is must. As video is overlayed on the screen with the actual layer marking, it is easy to identify any mistake or misalignment of laser marking. The system is very small and can be easily integrated into your analyzing and planning system.

Perhaps with the help of Local Area Network and data transfer technology, one laser marker can help two or more planning machines. But of course the laser marking accuracy will depend on the mechanical accuracy of replacement of the holder.
